We have an opening for a Project Associate. The details are as follows:

Responsibilities

• To carry out experimental work in shape memory alloys using Arc-melting furnace
• To perform material and micro-structural characterization
• To prepare grant proposals and writing project reports

Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Civil Engineering
• Has sound knowledge of solid mechanics and engineering mathematics
• Has adequate knowledge of any CAD software such as AutoCAD, Catia, SolidWorks, Salome, FreeCAD

Desired

• Some experience is required but not necessary

Salary will be as per Indian Institute of Science norms.
