Dr. RAJENDRA KUMAR MUNIAN
Post-Doctoral Research Scholar
Department of Aerospace Engineering, IISc
Email: rkmunian [at]iisc[dot]ac[dot]in

Qualifications:
B.Tech. M.Tech., Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, 2012.
PhD (Aerospace Engineering), Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, 2018.

Research Interests:
Structural health monitoring and NDE simulation framework using time domain spectral finite element method.

Research Descriptions:
Rajendra is developing of computational technique using time domain spectral finite element method, which will employ wave propagation based diagnostic tool for detection, identification of location and quantification of damage in composite structure. The technique can also be applied to predict dynamic response of composite structure with progressive cracks and composite structures having material uncertainties.
